I designed this board for the 99-05 MX5, to be used with a spare MS3 daughterboard (processor) you already own.

Usage is very simple, build this board, plug in your own MS3 daughterboard (processor) and install the board inside the stock ecu case ultimately ending up with a MS3 + MS3X.

Specifications: - 4 spark outputs - 8 injector outputs - 5 analog inputs (EGT, baro and 3 spare) - 5 digital inputs (datalog, table switch, launch control, AC and 1 spare) - VICS / VVT output - AC control - alternator control - charge light - check engine light - launch control - table switch - datalog - boost control - baro sensor - EGT - PmodRTCC realtime clock - bluetooth or wifi (to be ordered separately - see my other auctions)

For clarity, the pcb is made for a standard MS3 daughterboard, thus no modifications are necessary to the MS3 or its firmware.

You are buying the bare pcb only. The components are not included. The MS3 daughterboard is not included.

All components needed to build the board can be ordered from Mouser for approximately $100.
