Not Ready For Sale and No Support

This is a proof-of-concept at best, and not ready for buyers looking for a finished product. It arrived with the front panel scratched. It is fragile, having broken off the USB port within a month of use after moving it twice. It requires reprogramming if a setting needs changing, for example from Celsius to Fahrenheit, and the code is not well documented. The display is not clear or understandable at a glance, one must stare at it and wait until the next cycle from temperature to humidity since most of the time it is in an interim state showing undecipherable blobs on the front panel. There is no support to speak of, as I had expected some effort to assist in the replacement of the scratched front panel but was simply told where I might be able to find something similar. I received no reply from repeated messages asking if there was a way to work around the broken USB port.

It should not be on Tindie, and it ranks dead last of all 70 of my purchases on this site.

I am sorry that you are not satisfied with this product but let me clarify a few things.
You said the front panel was scratched because the package was heavily damaged during shipping and someone apparently stepped on it. It might have been better to not accept a damaged package.
You said to me that the USB port broke off because the unit got knocked off your shelf.
You claim that there was no support but in fact I exchanged 5(!) emails with you. Only your last question about how to replace the broken USB port was not answered by me within two weeks. I am sorry for that but most of the questions you can answer yourself by looking into the documentation.
How should I have assisted you more in replacing the scratched screen than by telling you exactly where you can order a replacement?

This is not a consumer product it is an electronics kit intended for makers who do not mind changing some variables in the code.
