Why did you make it?

i made the interface board and RS232 port for the GPSDO,it produce an Allan variance 1E-10 or less for the OCXO (assuming good GPS reception and good mechanical and temperature stability). you can just plug the 12v ,it will working,it made nice 10mhz wave output.
