The performance of the E1938A is truly outstanding.

The E1938A requires +12 VDC at about 100 mA and +5 VDC at about 3 A at startup dropping to 1.5 A after a 10 minute warmup. The output is 10 MHz. There is an EFC input but no manual fine or coarse frequency adjustment.
