Great quality and fast shipping!

I live in Europe and I must say the order came faster then excepted, the package came as described I have found no complains on that and everything is working properly as it should and as it is described :)

I used them to build the Snake game on Arduino Nano (thanks for that project too), I had no complications to get it to work, here is an image so take a look, srry about the cable over the display but I still did not connect it to an battery so it is kinda in the way :P

We saw that you fabricated a small PCB to interface with our LED Matrix module from the link provided. You may be interested to know that we sell a bare PCB which does what you have built. In fact, you may use this board for most of the LED Matrix display projects we built and published on instructables.

Unbelievably slow delivery

I ordered 2 of the LED matrix kits one month ago and still do not have them. Not sure why this is taking so long and I wonder if I will ever get them. I needed them for a time sensitive project that has now past its deadline.
I do not recommend ordering from this company unless you live in Singapore or you have the luxury of waiting for a very long time to get your order.

Just for those reading this review - The package Peter ordered was dispatched without delay by us but somehow it was stranded within Canada Post according to tracking records for a long period. We had to raise a Registered Article Enquiry through Singapore Post to track the parcel and surprisingly the package was then delivered shortly after.

Great kit at a great price.

I have 2 of these and they work great. Much easier and probably cheaper than rolling your own.
I use them in my project described in my blog here . . .

We at jolliFactory sent him a FREE kit set out of good-will along with another 2 kit set he subsequently purchased from us. Following this unfortunate event, we decided to send all our items using registered mail.

Good product that works, competitive price and good service

I ordered 7 LED Matrix Driver Modules. I live in the USA. At first, I was skeptical ordering parts from overseas, Singapore. Since I am buying multiple modules, I have to find best price available. The package was arrived quicker than I expected. They also included 14 generic MAX7219 ICs and they were all worked fine for me. Customer service from jolliFactory is excellent. He answered all my questions and I was able to successfully build all of the LED Matrix Scrolling Text Display projects.

Quick Question!

Its been 2 and half weeks and my product has not arrived. I am hoping it arrives by the end of this week and was wondering how long it usually takes for your products to arrive to the customer.

We communicated through private messages about this issue of late delivery. Glad you finally received your Bi-color LED Matrix Module kits. We found that the items you ordered reached Canada within 5 working days from the day you ordered via the tracking code provided to you. We simply cannot understand why the postal service in Canada took another 11 workings days to deliver the items to you.

Fantastic!

These LED matrix modules are amazing! After some research, they are the biggest and cheapest around. The matrix in each module is easily palm sized, and with 5 linked together, I built an internet and bluetooth connected tricolor scrolling display! (the picture would show a test of four that worked very smoothly, but it refuses to upload) They are very fun to put together, with an array (get it) of different components, and plug together in a chainable row for a seamless increase in the length. The mounting holes also accept standard screws for mounting into an enclosure or to each other for structural support. If you find you have to source the ICs yourself, it's going to get pretty expensive very quickly, but Jollifactory provided me with 10 possibly counterfeit but fully functional components free of charge. The possibilities with these are endless. The ledcontrol library from arduino handles complex control over every pixel and with a simple number, you can add more matrices to the chain. I've always wanted to build one of these signs, and Jollifactory have made that project a reality. I can recommend this to anyone, and the quality is superb, fantastic product.
