What is it?

This is a Raspberry Pi Pico breakout board designed to simplify your projects by providing easy access to the Pico's GPIO and power pins. It includes both through-hole and SMD LED and resistor options, 4 pins each for 5V and 3.3V with corresponding ground pins, and features a run button for quick resets. Additionally, it comes with a 3D printed part that allows for easy removal of the Pico from the breakout board, and 4 mounting holes for secure installation.

Why did you make it?

I created this breakout board to make it easier for hobbyists and professionals to work with the Raspberry Pi Pico. As a programmer who enjoys tinkering with electronics, I often found it cumbersome to repeatedly connect and disconnect the Pico from breadboards and other components. This breakout board streamlines that process, making it more efficient and enjoyable to prototype and build projects with the Pico.

What sets this breakout board apart is its user-friendly design and versatility. The inclusion of both through-hole and SMD LED and resistor options provides flexibility in project design. The run button and easy-to-remove 3D printed part enhance usability, while the breakout of pins to both male and female headers caters to various connection preferences. Assembly

Assembly is straightforward.

J6, J7, J8 & J9 - 20 Pin Black Female Headers J5 & J10 - 20 Pin Black Male Headers J2 & J4 - 4 Pin Black Male Headers J1 & J3 - 4 Pin Red Male Headers SW1 - Button

If you are using the Through-hole LED and Resistor D1 - 3mm Through-hole LED (Positive side of the LED is at the bottom) R1 - 2k Through-hole Resistor

If you are using the SMD LED and Resistor D2 - 603 Red SMD LED (Positive side of the LED is at the bottom) R2 - 2k 603 SMD Resistor
