What is it?

This item is a prototype of the next version of the FE-5680A GPS Discipline board. The board had two errors that have been corrected. One pin of the 5V buck converter has been lifted from the board and the PPS signal has been rerouted from the GPS receiver with a bodge wire. It works... as long as you're careful not to disturb the wire much. :)
