A badge of owl blinks its eyes with a CR2032 and it can be pinned on your jacket or backpack. Each eye is a half ring with 5 yellow 0805-LEDs.

This is the third design with the dual-inverter NL27WZ04. With the carefully selected LED, this ring oscillator can drive 10 LEDs easily.
