Read More…Dark-activated, 2.8 candela white LED with wide 160-degree light output powered by a 9 V battery.
Convenient source of light when the power goes out; I also use them as night lights around the house placed above thresholds etc.
This is a very small, portable package that produces a very bright white light and lasts between 2 and 3 months of continuous use attached magnetically to a 9 V battery.
It is safer than a candle when the power goes out and has many other uses like emergency car light, portable camp light, porch light, etc.
Simple circuit, make one yourself, order the boards from OSHPark and put it together yourself, or just order a few from me for around the house.
Battery not included!
