Read More…I designed this PCB to feed a proper 3A to a raspberry pi zero 2W and additional DC DC converter to power auxiliary devices or leds etc, I made It for my prusa mini 3d printer's Octo Pi but its use case is not limited to it.
You can feed the whole board with a voltage up to 28V power supply from the terminal. Voltage will be distributed to both DC DC converters.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ HOW TO ORDER: ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Please select your option from the Purchase Variations and a photo linked to the variation will come up. You will receive exactly what you see on the photo. To further clarify:
Option #1 PCB w/ headers
This option includes populated PCB with soldered pin headers and a male pin header for the raspberry Pi. You will also receive all the necessary .stl files so you can print the required parts. To complete the build you will need to provide your own parts which are mentioned and listed down below in the option 2.
Option #2 Kit w/o 3d prints
This option includes populated PCB with soldered pin headers, all the necessary parts to complete the build except the 3d printed parts. You will receive the .stl files to complete the build.
To clarify the parts list, you will receive:
1- 3x 3030 M3 T-Nuts
2- 3x 12mm M3 bolts (button or socket head)
3- 4x M2.5 nuts
4- 4x 18mm M2.5 bolts (button or socket head)
5- 4x M2 nuts
6- 4x 10mm M2 bolts (countersunk head)
7- 3x 16mm Buttons with illumination
8- 3x 3pin JST PH male connector
9- 4x M3 ring terminal
10- 2x 4.8mm female spade terminal
11- USB male connector
12- 23cm 16awg(at least) silicone cable
13- 22cm 16awg silicone cable
14- 25cm 24awg or thicker silicone cable
15- 17cm usb cable
16- 1 meter 30awg silicone cable
17- different size of heat shrinks
All of the cables will be crimped, insulated ready to hook up by me so you won't have to do all that work. I will also solder and prepare the USB cable because its a very delicate process.
Option #3 Kit w/ 3d prints
This option includes everything from the option 2 and 3d printed parts. Please message me your preferred colors after the purchase.
Option #4 Kit + Lighting w/ 3d prints
This option includes everything from option 3 and complete light setup with 3d printed parts included
