Read More…This is a breakout board for 20-pin QFN chips (with 5 pins on each side). It has a 4x4mm footprint with 0.5mm lead pitch on one side, and a 3x3mm footprint with 0.45mm lead pitch on the other. Note that it's a bit challenging to solder chip this small, but definitely doable! (Some kind of reflow/heat gun setup is a must, though.)
I originally made these to practice soldering QFN ATTiny2314A/4313 chips; if you check out their datasheet, the two footprints on this board are equivalent to the 20M1 and 20M2 packages.
