We 'dogfood' our own products, and this allows us to test and identify issues early on and improve them iteratively with a fast feedback loop. 'Dogfooding' is slang for the use of an organization's own products and services in real-world scenarios in the same way as a customer.
Such is the confidence that we have in our products, we offer unlimited repairs or replacement for the lifetime of the device. That means if it stops working for whatever reason we will repair or replace the board for free.

Bidirectional switch (2 modules required)
Two N-channel MOSFETs are externally connected back-to-back (in a common-source configuration or a common-drain configuration) when a load switch using a gate drive IC needs a function for blocking the current flowing into the load switch in the reverse direction.
Half Bridge (2 modules required)
A half-bridge converter is a type of DC-DC converter that, like flyback and forward converters, can supply an output voltage either higher or lower than the input voltage and provide electrical isolation via a transformer. Although more complex than a flyback or forward converter, the half-bridge converter design can yield higher output power (potentially up to 500W) and use parts that are smaller and less expensive.
H bridge (4 modules required)
An H-bridge is an electronic circuit that switches the polarity of a voltage applied to a load. These circuits are often used in robotics and other applications to allow DC motors to run forwards or backwards.

Counterfeiting is a big problem in the electronics business. Parts sourced outside of first tier distributors cannot be easily determined to be genuine. Purchasing from first tier distributors guarantees authenticity. Parts purchased outside of these 'chains of custody' cannot be treated as genuine by default, and extensive testing must be carried out to make this determination. Parts sourced from China in particular are a real problem. Counterfeit electronics is a big business, and sellers often erase the original part names by sanding them down or erasing them with lasers, before reprinting different part names, often of a more expensive part.
It is often impossible to verify the origin or whether parts are genuine from poor quality boards manufactured in China. Such products make use of counterfeit or remanufactured parts that may not operate as described on the manufacturer's datasheet. Without doubt, buying such parts will lead to a very underwhelming and dangerous experience.
I subscribe to the notion 'buy cheap, buy twice', which means that if you sacrifice quality then you can expect a poor experience and have to follow up that original purchase with a more expensive item to put the situation right. Poor quality devices often result in frustration because they don't work as you would expect them to, or the documentation and after sales support is either poor or non-existent. I will personally work with you to resolve any issues that you face in operating my devices. As such, it is not in my best interests to produce poor quality devices!
