Power supply module for RspberryPI Pi-Zero, Pi-Zero W/WH.

Up to 3A output current max, easy to drive hard-disks or other devices.

PiSugar 3 continues to use the pogo pin design to connect to the Raspberry Pi from behind. Does not occupy GPIO, and can be compatible with other GPIO devices.

What makes it special?

PiSugar 3 is the third generation of PiSugar Raspberry Pi battery power supply series, making Raspberry Pi a portable device. A new design based on PiSugar2, using independent MCU control to achieve communication and functions.With the onboard RTC, the Raspberry Pi can get the correct time regardless of whether there is power supply or network.

Full functions UPS: PiSugar 3 has full UPS functions and can set up multiple awakening methods to meet various unique project needs.
Anti-Mistaken Touch Switch :Effectively avoid shutdown caused by accidental touch.
Software watchdog : This function can restarts the Raspberry Pi system when the Raspberry Pi system crashes.
Onboard RTC: RTC has a write protection function in order to prevent data fluctuations caused by misoperation or system instability.
Hardware battery protection : PiSugar 3 provides hardware charging protection function, which effectively improves battery cycle life.
Soft shutdown (hardware notification software shutdown)

Installing the software

PiSugar 3 will actually work straight out of the box, with no software, to power the Pi, and for some other basic functionality. However to get the most out of PiSugar3 Plus you really need to install the software packages.

At the command line simply type:

wget https://cdn.pisugar.com/release/pisugar-power-manager.sh

bash pisugar-power-manager.sh -c release

After finished, you can manage the battery by visiting http://:8421 in your browser.

Power-On

The PiSugar 3 has the accidental touch prevention feature enabled by default and the power-on method is to short press and then long press.

Fantastic device to keep a pi zero 2 w powered on the go

Great product and superhelpful assistance

I knew the product to be one of the best battery for rPi zero out there and I recommend it
but I recommend even more the seller, there have a great support, and they were superhelpful when my package got (apparently) lost by immediately send me another pi sugar

awesome!!!

Got this lil battery pack for a pwnagotchi build as i'm sure many of you others have. works great, but i highly recommend getting some sort of case for it lest you expose a lithium battery to the mercy of a key-filled pocket.

PiSugar3 - Works Great!

Arrived in US in ~3 weeks, as expected, very well packaged and intact. Easy hardware and software install, up and running in minutes. Running a RPi Zero 2W with 1.3" TFT display, interfaced with a Ham radio as a DigiPi, I see power ticking down at about 10% per hour. An excellent bit of technology!
