What makes it special?

UPS function: The external power supply is disconnected to continuously supply power and obtain the external power status. External power access can trigger boot, suitable for unattended projects.
Input and output: 5V3A output, 5V3A input
GPIO button: It can trigger the device to turn on when it is turned off, and it can be used as a custom button after turning on (when the automatic power-on function is turned off)

Affordable UPS but lacking 1 important feature.

-Product:
Affordable yet good enough. Comes with the protection circuits that a LIPO charger should have. Battery wire gauge is 20 AWG (Thank you for the information PiSugar Kitchen Support) connected via JST PH 2.0 header and you can power the pi via the 5V GPIO pins if you have no space. I wish the battery was just a bit smaller in terms of height and width as it covers the screw points, i.e. no way to mount anything below the battery (7 Inch LCD screen Type H). Glue used to glue the magnet to the battery is a bit weak as it has already started to peal a bit.

Does however have a potentially fatal flaw: It does not come with a battery level detection. There are no indicator lights for when the battery is low and there is no way to communicate to the pi over I2C to shutdown safely before the battery runs out. There is big potential for data loss as the power will just cut itself out. I am working on a fix by buying an ADC and reading the voltage between the battery to tell the pi to perform a safe shutdown.

-Shipping:
Not fast but not slow either, not much to comment on shipping.

-Documentation:
Documentation is very thorough on their github page. It is however lacking a fully dimensioned cad drawing and the recommended wire gauge for an extension cable for the battery.

-Communication:
Very fast communication, I got the wire gauge information from asking their support team as well as to check if there was any battery level indicator (which there wasn't). They also clarified why there was no tracking early on in the shipping (Was still in China getting to the warehouse).

Overall: Good product, but might need to buy your own ADC for the pi to check on the power. Overall cost would still a lot cheaper than the Pi Sugar 2 Pro.
