Products are normally shipped next working day, however during busy periods this may extend slightly. Due to Covid still causing issues shipping can take upto 6 to 8 weeks so please bear that in mind before chasing up where your package is. It should be far quicker but please keep this in mind.

Tracked or Tracked & Signed options are available to most locations. This may not get your kit to you any quicker, but it adds peace of mind that you know where it has got to especially due to Covid delays.

man o man - This experience sucked

Item did not come with instruction - QR CODE Goes no where due to a down server. I assemble it based on images, plug it in, does not work. Show it to the maker, says its done right, then says my battery must be the issue. Bought what i thought was an assembled kit as well, the full kit, but it was parts.
Offers to refund me the goods less shipping, after a month, I have still yet to get it. Sure he means well, but ill never buy here again.

Jay bought a kit by mistake when he was after assembled units. I have tried to work with them to come to a solution but i was not able to give them a refund label to ship from the US to the UK for free as he'd ordered the wrong thing by mistake. I issued a refund minus the postage so he got two products for free which was done 13 days ago promptly after they accepted the offer. I am sorry that it did not meet their expectations but i am a small single person company and not Amazon.

Works perfectly with all my power banks

Simple and great design, easy to assemble. The optional case closes perfectly if you have the foresight to mount the capacitors so that they do not protrude too much from the printed circuit.

No problems at all with this kit: basic construction, simple easy to follow instructions. Everything required was supplied, works well.

It works!

This gadget's perfect to help keep USB power banks from falling asleep, and the little orange cases they come in are really solid. I used a USB power meter to see how much power it uses on its own (without anything attached), and it reported 49 mA per hour. Shipping was fast too. Thank you!

Great! Does exactly what it should.

Keeps my power bank alive when powering most low-powered devices I tried. Easy to assemble (provided you can solder and can read resistor colour bands) and the optional case fits perfectly. I might recommend adding a marking on the pcb to differentiate the male and female usb connectors, as one could solder them in the wrong positions. I figured it out by looking at the photo. Maybe I missed something? But this only took two minutes to figure out.

The Keep Alive Timer kept my powerbank alive as described.

The shipping form UK to NL took a bit, but the package arrived in good shape. The PCB was of giid quality and the soldering was easy. Once assembled the product kept my powerbank on.

Very cool!

Delighted to get a properly finished product well packed and delivered quickly! Nicely soldered in a very clean 3D printed case that closes with a very comforting but easy 'snap'. I wonder if Colin would offer a case with embedded initials for an extra sum?
