Seller went above and beyond to support my application

I purchased the unit in an attempt to provide a windows based solution to read i2c sensors to supplement an existing solution based on a raspberry pi. All of my coding experience and interfaces have been in python - however the product didn't initially have specific python support. When I reached out to the seller for support in getting started they were able to create a dll wrapper for python and some example scripts, which have made it possible for me to use the unit both for my initial application but also for far more than I had initially planned.
This, in my opinion, goes well above and beyond any normal level of customer service.
