This is everything you need to build the internals for an Open MVS consolized Neo Geo game console, minus the actual MV1C Neo Geo MVS board. The PCBs and BOM for this project are from TianFeng's O-MVS GitHub project. You will get:

• AV and controller breakout/power PCBs
• All SMT components for PCBs
• Switches
• Controller ports
• Power LED and connector
• Internal AV cabling and cable connectors
• Power jack connector
• Mounting screws
• JAMMA connector

The E-fuse has been already soldered onto the breakout/power board because it's an advanced footprint. Everything else must be soldered by you! This kit requires medium-to-advanced level surface mount soldering skills. There are many 0603 sized passives, one SOIC IC, and one TSSOP IC to solder.

For the shell, you can 3D print your own using the design files on Thingiverse by Taitoc Labs , or buy one professionally printed by Laser Bear Industries. Laser Bear may also have imperfect prints available at a much lower price.

For assembly instructions, see the Retro RGB video about the Open MVS project. However there are a few things to note about the build that are not covered in the video:

• The controller ports have 4-40 threading, while the rest of the board uses M3 screws. These are packed separately.
• The color of the polarity for the power LED cable is backwards when its connector is soldered to the board matching the footprint printed on the PCB silkscreen. Solder black to the anode, red to cathode.
• For proper orientation of the video/sync connector and audio connector on the AV board, orient the larger video/sync connector so it is not overlapping the edge of the board, and orient the smaller audio connector so it is overlapping the edge of the board, as in this photo: On the controller breakout board, the video/sync connector should be soldered in with orientation matching the PCB silkscreen, and on the MV1C board, the audio should be soldered with black on the left and red on the right.
