Read More…Easy connection, low cost 128x64 0.96" OLED screen dispaly on top of ESP12-E with LED button plus micro USB charging module and 96% high efficiency DC/DC converter. LiPo battery operation. Charger and DC/DC fit on PCB bottom . OLED, button and ESP top PCB. Easy DIP 2mm pin header ESP module connection. No SMD soldering requiered. KIT DIY.
Now is simple to display many information on OLED display.
Using base Wifi module ESP8266 ESP12-E easy connect to the web and get all information you need to be displayed. Can choose full white OLED more visible area and more constrast, or dual color yellow blue (there is a non pixel line separation between colors) Future ESP library will support 65K color OLED. Added extra multi purpose LED button. Example push to wake up and post sensor data data to web.
Easy IO's direct connect to module VCC GND SDA SCL Exta IO's ADC, GPI00(flashing pull low with jumper/normal operation leave), GPI05, TX and RX pins. Multi porpouse LED Button added. Connect OLED display on top of breakoutboard. Small and compact. Purple PCB.

ESP is ready for deep sleep function. HW pin 16 tied to RST providing wake up.

Play ESP8266 like an arduino: 1. Install Arduino IDE from the Arduino website. 2. Start Arduino and open Preferences window. 3. Enter
http://arduino.esp8266.com/stable/package_esp8266com_index.json
into Additional Boards Manager URLs field. You can add multiple URLs, separating them with commas. 4. Open Tools→Board:xxx→Boards Manager and install esp8266 by ESP8266 Community (and don't forget to select ESP8266 board from Tools > Board menu after installation).
