What is it?

This Arduino HAT adds 4 serial ports, 6 individually addressable LEDs, 8 general-purpose toggle switches. It also brings the Arduino serial pins to this board so that a fifth serial port (without RS-232 level conversion) is available. The board is designed around the MAX14830 chip. The entire board runs on 3.3V, so any 3.3V CPU with I2C can be used with this board.
