To ensure accurate and reliable switch operation, each of the tactile switches is debounced using the SN74LVC1G17 Single Schmitt-Trigger Buffer. This integrated circuit guarantees precise and responsive switch performance, preventing unintended inputs and ensuring optimal user interaction.
It comes with a 1mm FPC connector, featuring 8 contacts on the top layer of the PCB. This connector allows for integration into various projects. Complementing this, a 2.54mm connector with 8 contacts is situated on the bottom layer of the PCB, further expanding the board's versatility and compatibility.
BuzzPad 5 works within a supply voltage range of 3V to 6.5V. However, it's important to note that for higher voltages, it is recommended to cut the buzzer jumper labeled as SJ1. By doing so, the risk of damaging the buzzer can be mitigated, as the optimal voltage range for the buzzer lies between 3V and 4.5V.
