This NEW version features hybrid castellated pin headers, allowing you to either solder it directly to your custom PCB design without bulky header pins or use standard 100 mil (2.54 mm) pitch headers for added flexibility.

This Rotary Encoder breakout board has 4 inputs:

• A: A output of the 2-bit gray code
• B: B output of the 2-bit gray code
• BTN: Output of the momentary push button
• GND

You can connect A, B and BTN to any digital input pins of a microcontroller and use open source libraries such as: Rotary Encoder Arduino Library
