Update your Cx4 and GSU (SuperFX) Super Nintendo cartridges with translations and game patches with this drop-in Flash ROM carrier board. 8Mbit adapter compatible with Cx4 and GSU-1 cartridges. 16Mbit adapter for use with GSU-2 cartridges only.
Note: Flash ROM is not attached to the adapter board for shipping. This allows you to program the chip yourself with a standard TSOP-48 socket programmer. I do NOT provide any chip programming services, you will have to do that yourself, as well as the soldering of the fine-pitch TSOP-48 chip. The chip part number is M29F800 (8Mbit) or M29F160 (16Mbit)
