What is it?

ESP32S3-MINI-1-N4-R2 based PCB (4MB flash, 2M SPI RAM)

A controller board for Waveshare 7.5" e-paper panel (mono, or black/red/white).

This is designed to stick to the back of the e-paper panel, use 3M VHB tape. It also works well with "button-fix" 60x60 panel stuck to allow fixing to a wall.

It can be USB-C powered (one of two sides), or DC power (WAGO) 5V-35V.
24 WS2812 style LEDs around the edge, plus one by the SD slot.
Micro SD card slot (ideal for storing images)
Input contact (WAGO), ideal for a door bell push
