What is it?

The Little ATF Programmer is a simple, low-cost programmer for Atmel's (Microchip) 5V and 3.3V ATF1502, ATF1504 and ATF1508 CPLDs.

Features

Check, erase and program ATF1502, ATF1504 and ATF1508 CPLDs
Can erase and reprogram JTAG-locked CPLDs
Supports PLCC44 and PLCC84 packages
Supports single-device ICSP with optional JTAG header and ribbon cable (not supplied)
Open-Source Software supports macOS, Linux and Windows
Supports standard JEDEC, SVF and XSVF vector files
USB-C connection
This product is supplied with both PLCC sockets (only 44-pin shown) and the power jumper ready for assembly.

USB cable, additional headers and ICSP ribbon cable not included.

Note: This product is not a generic JTAG programmer, and is designed specifically for ATF150x family CPLDs. ICSP programming via JTAG breakouts supports a limited subset of functionality and devices. JTAG chain programming not supported.
