That's a bare Frankenstein and all the stuff you would need to put on it with the exception of resistors, capacitors and stm32f4disovery brain.
While we keep this simpler board in stock we really recommend the larger more powerful Frankenso. I guess the only reason to go with Frankenstein would be if space is a real concur. See http://rusefi.com/wiki/index.php?title=Hardware:For_Sale for comparison.
