What is it?

Development Board for ESP8266 with area to connect Arduino Nano, USB FTDI Board and area to prototype your project. Get rid of all messy wiring. This board has all the pin outs for use, yet ready to use out of box with jumpers to allow firmware upgrade, debug and prototype small projects with ease. Provides built-in 3.3v for ESP8266 and powers Arduino Nano using your normal micro USB phone charger or external power source.

What is on Board?

Refer to picture below:

1. FTDI Borad for Debug (connected TX, RX to D2 and D3 on Arduino)
2. Pin out for FDTI Board
3. Jumper Pin to connect TX, RX of ESP8266 to TX, RX of Arduino. Provides ability to connect TX to TX and RX to RX or TX to RX
4. Power out from arduino 5v and 3.3v
5. Prototype area. First and Last row horizontal link. Row 2 to 4 and 5 to 7 linked vertically.
6. Female Header to connect ESP8266
7. Pin outs from Arduino Nano
8. Female Header to connect Arduino Nano
9. Power out from external source. Direct out 5+v and regulated 3.3v
10. Pin out GPO02 from ESP8266
11. Pin out GPO00 from ESP8266. Jump this when upgrading firmware.
12. Pin out for Vin from external source
13. Micro USB Vin
14. ESP8266 Reset Pin.

Why did you make it?

To provide a 5 cm by 10 cm pcb board that can be used as development board or directly used in projects.

What you will get?

Fully assembled board, unless you want to solder it yourself. Excluding Arduino Nano, FDTI Board and ESP8266 module.
