This is the first itteration of the RC2014 Mini, and, as such, it does not function exactly as I had planned. More specifically, the RAM logic was connected incorrectly. This gives you two options; use external memory (either the 32k RAM or 64k RAM Module work fine) or make a modification to the PCB involving cutting 2 tracks and adding 2 wires.
These PCBs will not be remanufactured, so when they're gone, they're gone!
Everything else functions perfectly, so if you want to run an RC2014 with the CPU, ROM, Clock and Serial I/O on one single module then this is a great option. Alternatively, make the PCB mods as shown on photo 3 and 4 for a fully working RC2014 Mini
For all details, BOM and assembly instructions, see original RC2014 Mini documentation. Note that the current RC2014 Mini has a right-angled reset switch but this PCB was designed for a horizontal switch. All other changes (except fixing the RAM issue!) are very very minor.
