Read More…A few years ago I picked up a job lot of Z80 based retro computing kit. Amongst it was a whole selection of industrial Eurocard boards. Whilst I fully intended to reverse engineer them and made something from them, the reality is that they are just taking up space and I'm not going to get around to them any time soon. So, I am offering them here.
This listing is for ONE BOARD ONLY. Please pick the board you want from the options on the right hand side. If you want more than one board, simply add them to your cart one at a time (shipping will be combined)
They come with no information. No documentation. No schematics. No guarantee. No support. So please bare this in mind.
Each of the expansion boards are fitted with a DIN41612 connector at one end and an IDC ribbon cable connector at the other. All of the chips and switches appear to be socketed.
There is also a whole load of ribbon cable to 25 pin D connectors, and I will add in one free of charge with each board while stocks last. (If you do not want one, please indicate in the options to the right)
Optoisolated Input. Contains a pair of Z80 PIO chips, a whole bunch of optoisolators and some support chips
CPU Board. Has a Z80 CPU, a pair of CIO chips, 32k RAM, EPROM, some GALs and support logic
Slave processor board. Looks like whatever the CPU was has been removed from the 68 pin PLCC socket. However, there's a Zilog CIO, and a cy7c130 dual port RAM chip, as well as several GALs.
IEEE488 Interface. A TMS9914 bus driver and a few other logic chips and GALs.
Parallel I/O board? Has a pair of 82C55, a couple of GALs, 6 ULN2803A Darlington Arrays and DIP switches.
ADC Input board? An ADC1205ccj-1 ADC surrounded by a lot of analog type stuff
Really not sure what this one is. There's 2 DIN41612 sockets on one side, and 2 DIN41612 plugs on the other. One of the sockets is labelled CPU, and there's some 74LS I/O logic.
10 slot Eurocard backplane full of DIN41612 connectors on one side, and power connector on the other.
12 slot Eurocard backplane full of DIN41612 connectors on one side, and power connector on the other.
Digital I/O Relay Board? Double height Eurocard with 2 DIN41612 connectors, 2 IDC Ribbon Cable connectors, 2 relays, some push switches, piano switches, LED bar graphs all held together with 74LS244 logic.
