What is it?

Two Printed Circuit Boards, two US AC plugs, and 3D printing files for nicely packaging your ESP8266, ESP32, Arduino, ESPresense, Home Assistant, ESPHome or other electronics projects all contained in an attractive wall adapter. Includes Fusion360 source and STL 3D printing files for the enclosure, so you can modify the case to suit your project.

• 2 Through-hole mount US two-prong AC plugs
• PCB 3D enclosure printing files for download (printed enclosure not included)

Product features:

• High quality PCB with prototyping area large enough for most ESP32 development boards and modest room for connecting sensors, peripherals circuits, or connectors.
• PCB provides AC-DC power using Hi-Link family of HLK-PMXX or HLK-5MXX epoxy sealed ACDC power modules. The HLK converters are available in a variety of voltage and power combinations.
• PCB has optional circuitry areas for power indicator LED, EMI suppression, and surge protection components
• 3D printing files are provided as STL files and Fusion360 design files.

Why did you make it?

There is just no good way to make a cell phone charger powering a sensor look aesthetically pleasing. Commercially available wall-plug project boxes are too large, expensive, and appear industrial. So it was time to create something different.

What makes it special?

Up until now, IoT and DIY home automation projects are powered using parts intended for phones or other consumer devices. This PCB combined with the plug and free 3D printing files offer an affordable and attractively packaged alternative.
