What is it?

This is a module for RC2014 with 8 x 24 bit APA106 LEDs which can display 16 million colours. It comes with a dev kit with basic, C and assembly code.

Why did you make it?

I wanted to prove that a z80 at 7Mhz could drive neopixels. They're fun to program and I build these boards for sale via the official RC2014 channel.

What makes it special?

However, this one is a B grade board. I only noticed the chip in the solder mask (pictured) after assembling it so I'm offering this one here at a discount.
