This a dual power supply for hifi equipment, such as the Muffsy Phono Preamp PP-2 or other high quality preamps. The PSU provides 80-100 mA of power without using heatsinks, and more than double that with heatsinks mounted.
The board measures only 76x46 mm.
This LM317/337 regulated power supply only has 0.1 mV ripple, well below the Power Supply Rejection Rate (PSRR) of any operational amplifier. It is also very well suited for discrete circuits.
The power supply only requires a single AC input, from a 15-18 volts AC wall adapter or transformer.

It is not a complete product, only the printed circuit board. In order to build it, you need to buy components separately.

I made it as a companion to the Muffsy Phono Preamp. There is nothing stopping you from using it for other purposes though.
The Muffsy Phono Preamp PP-2 and this power supply will fit in a 0905 enclosure, as shown in the picture gallery.
This power supply has two great advantages:
This PSU uses a single AC wallwart so you don't have to risk electrocuting yourself or burning down the house in order to properly power your hifi equipment.
The ripple is a very measly 0.1 mV, good enough for any hifi application.
