If you have an MVS System that doesn't have a dedicated RGB Output, this Board allows for 75-ohm terminated R,G,B Outputs. You can either run this through a JAMMA RGB Adapter with a SCART Input, or do things your own way. Just make sure your Cable has no resistors/Caps on the RGB Lines.
