What is it?

This small Board converts an SVGA Signal (RGBHV) to SCART (RGBS.) No scan converting is done, just a simple passhtrough. So, whatever frequency goes in, comes out the other end.

Why did you make it?

This is a device to support unique retro gaming needs, for example putting your Dreamcasts VGA output on to a TV that uses a SCART connection.

What makes it special?

With more and more VGA outputs being used such as through GameGear mods, MiSTerFPGA's etc, this little device doesn't require a separate power supply and is simple to set up, with stereo output.
