What is it?

LumenFix FF500 is a great solution for a Proxxon FF 500 milling/drilling machine. However, based on its size, it can be used for other professional machines as well. Offset milling and drilling is a common problem. This is because of a lack of a proper illuminated work area. As a side-effect, you're likely spilling less material.

The use of a desktop lamp or TL-tubes sideways might work. However, you still miss the exact spot to drill or mill. Such types of light will still create shadows. Why did you make it?

LumenFix FF500 is the expected add-on for the LumenFix product-range. I produced it because several hobbyists mentioned poorly illuminated work-areas around their machines. Initially, it was created for a Proxxon FF 500 machine but also peeked the curiosity from professionals and hobbyists searching for a solution for their more professional / larger scale machines. This means the LumenFix FF500 can also be used for other brands of machines.
