Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time: The package usually arrives 10-14 days after it’s been shipped. This can differ (up to even 2 months), especially to countries in Asia and South America.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.

International Shipping: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

Eligibility: We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact me using our Discord ticket system or Tindie with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Only 80% of the original cost will be refunded.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, please contact me using previously mentioned platforms.
