Make the most of your PC Power Supply

If you want to use your ATX power supply, you need to short the PS_ON pin with GND, and cut cables to connect your devices.

With this board, you only need to plug the power supply and you are ready to go.

You can use it for 3D printers, LEDs, motors, etc. You will get all the benefits of your ATX Board (surge protection, overcurrent protection, etc) plus a beautiful and easy connector.

Features

An easy to use switch. Press once to turn on, press again to turn off.
Compatible with 20 pin and 24 pin ATX Boards.
Original Molex powerful connectors that wont burn and get damaged with a long use.
Two 12V power outputs, interconnected on the board.
5V in stand by mode, so you can turn on the power supply from arduino, etc.
5V, 3.3V, -12V regular outputs, pritected with a 1.5A resseteable fuse 1.5A.
Two USB power outputs, to connect your mobile or a raspberry pi.
Access to the PS_ON pin to turn on/off the board from arduino.
PCB with 2 oz copper for stronger connections.
Beautiful design in black, with blue leds and golden pads.

About the big resistor footprint in the middle of the board. In some very rare cases, your old PC power supply would need some load to start. You can solder a 9 Watt 10ohm resistor to create a constant load in that case.

Honest seller and high quality products!

I purchased a RAMPS board from staticboards a couple of years ago and was highly impressed - it still runs my home-built Delta printer. My hacked up ATX power supply died and I was looking for a good, clean solution to power my 3D printer and came across this ATX board. I purchased two, but they got lost in the mail somehow - so the seller re-sent. They had great communication! As someone who's purchased multiple products from this vendor, I highly, highly recommend them - not only is what they produce of the best quality, the seller does a great job in communicating and helping their customers.

Excente producdo.

Es un excelente producto y funciona a la perfección.
No obstante no se si en el futuro quizás podrían hacer una revisión en la que los puertos USB se puedan apagar/encender independientemente.

Excellent design and very quick shipping.

With this board I was up and running with a working supply within minutes of unpacking. Unit comes with everything needed. Connectors can either be assembled directly to the board or chassis mouned for greater convenience in enclosure design. While other reviews have remarked about the lack of documentation, i found this to be no drawback at all, as the silk screening on the board clearly labels everything making this board completely self explanatory. As I have a number of atx psu's lying around, I can see me ordering a couple more of these boards. Thank you staticboards.

Great product and excellent build quality

If you're using an ATX power supply for DIY projects, then this is the product you've been waiting for. Provides a reliable and safe connection to your power supply without cutting cables or voiding warranty. Thick PCB allows for stable mounting. A couple suggestions for improvement: documentation and an additional connector for 3x3 ATX rail. Very complete kit includes screw-on banana connectors with an array of nuts, washers, and terminals. More complete documentation would provide guidance for assembling these connectors. An additional 6 pin molex connector would be handy, as many PSUs put their secondary 12V rail on this connector. All in all, a very useful product. Thank you.

Work great. Nice bit of hardware.

I had to put a piece of electrical tape over the LEDs which were blindingly bright. Otherwise it's much better than the Dangerous Prototypes version I have used.

Setup and Go

With a few power supplies laying around I came across this and was pleasantly surprised. It was something that I could benefit from. It was almost plug and play; if I did not need the 12V posts attached it would have been. There was no documentation. It would be nice to have a diagram on a link to one. It works as described. I'll add it to my electronics bench. Thanks.

Great product that gets used a lot.

Fanatic product and a great way to recycle old computer parts.

However as simple as it is to assemble some guidance would have been beneficial including images of all side of the board -- I'm still not sure I have attached the 12V terminals correctly.

The video was visually educational but as I don't speak Spanish I couldn't understand what was being said. If it is possible the video could be sub titled into English or dubbed by an English speaker.

Overall I find the ATM Board a great purchase that will hopefully power my developmental projects for many years to come. Review Image

Great product

A great product, will be a nice addition to a DIY bench power supply. It comes without much docs (just a leaflet), although it's not really that hard to figure it out.
