This is a kit of parts to make replacements for two TOKIN capacitors for PS3 fat models. As the TOKINs age, they wear out and don't provide the filtering capacity for the RSX and Cell processors. It includes two PCBs, 6 x 470uF low ESR capacitors and two each of the smaller 47uF, 22uF, 10uF, 4.7uF, 2.2uF, and 1uF capacitors in SMT 0805 size.

It's time consuming and expensive for someone who only needs a couple of these devices to order the PCB and capacitors. These were bought in bulk and packaged into sets of parts to make it more economical for the DIY hobbyist to try this fix. Some people may find it easier to solder the PCB to the motherboard before soldering the capacitors to the PCB, because the PS3 motherboard soaks up heat. The low ESR caps, especially, are sensitive to overheating.

The design is based on the Tantalizer designed by RIP-Felix. There's more copper across the bottom and it was panelized to save cost for the PCBs.
