The LM386 Audio Amplifier circuit is Synthrotek's classic take on a simple lofi amplifier that gives you variable gain, volume control, and works best with instrument amplification. It also works great as a cheap and dirty synth amp that you can put into the device of your choice.

• Can power big speakers (though not terribly loud)
• Build with either 3.5mm or 1/4 inch jacks, both are included
• Power output: 700mW with an 8ohm speaker
