This extension is adding wired ethernet and an option to supply my KM271-WiFi product with power over ethernet. The PoE is only prepared, because the space is to narrow to directly integrate it. The ethernet is based on a W5500 SPI-Ethernet circuit, which is well supported by ESPhome and Arduino itself. Dewenni is already working on support in his MQTT firmware.

Because there is some demand for this extension.

It's an affordable solution to add wired ethernet to the KM271-WiFi.
