US Outlet Case Base

This is the case design I use for all of my BrewPi-ESP builds. It incorporates a standard US duplex outlet and IEC-320 C14 power inlet.

This version of the case includes three standoffs for the "main" PCB thus allowing it to be used with both the BrewPi-ESP8266/ESP32-S2 and BrewPi-ESP32 PCBs.

Bill of Materials

In order to assemble this case, you will need the following in addition to the fully assembled "main" controller PCB & common components:

• Also needed (not listed) is one of the two screws that typically comes attached to the top/bottom of the US Duplex Outlet
• The rubber feet, while not required, are highly recommended to prevent the screw heads from resting on the ground
• Also optional are 3 Female "Quick Connectors" which can be used to easily connect wires to the IEC-320 C14 power inlet
• For all of these components, please keep in mind that you will be powering devices that can pull several amps of current. Be certain to select the appropriate gauge of wire for your build.

This listing includes the screws/nuts. I also am offering the IEC-320 inlet as an optional add-on. This listing is for the case only, and does not include the "main" PCB, relay board, controller, or power supply.

Lid Options

There are three lid options for this case: Blank - A blank lid with no cutout for LCD screens. LCD2004 - Lid with a cutout for the "classic" BrewPi LCD screen (4 lines x 20 characters) * LoLin D32 Pro LCD (v1.1.0) - Lid with a cutout for the Lolin D32 Pro's LCD screen (2.4" TFT)
