Read More…A breadboard friendly adapter for bluetooth modules based on bekken corp bluetooth chips (BK8000L and BK3254). The adapter fits into the breadboard and leaves one row of open holes for connecting cables, making prototyping very easy. But, the board is not ideal ... I did make a mistake and accidentally flipped the silkscreen from right to left, so the pin names on the left side are actually for pins on the right side and vice versa. Because of this, the price of the board is the lowest as it can be on tindie, and it's listed on flea-market. Otherwise, the board is perfectly functional.
I personally tested it with a BK3254 module:
as a2dp receiver for music listening
SD-card support on BK3254 module (BK8000L does not have sd card support)
To remove the need of using lots of cables with a breadboard, which made transport of a "project in development" very fragile
