What is it?

Set of two stainless steal adapters for installation of 2.5" bi-xenon projector AHARON/Stanley clone FXR 4.0 into audi a4 b5 (facelift) xenon headlights OEM and DEPO. It will fit halogen ones also but this case, you have to install headlight washers and automatic high adjuster system. In case you have halogen headlights you can also install this projector and use H7 bulbs in it.

Why changing them?

Old projectors get burn out after 20years in service. Replacement projector (plus you get bi-xenon functionality) is not much more cheaper then get projector refurbished but it is less time consuming and can be done in few hours. Also you get projectors with high/low beam functionality so better vision in case of high beams and also reflector design is few years newer then stock ones. Only disadvantages over stock ones is that you lose ability to switch light blinds between LHD/RHD.

What is included

Kit includes

• stainless steal adapter (for Valeo or Depo, choice appropriate using menu on right side)

• stainless steal M5x10 screws, hex head, 4peaces

Adapter is cut out from 3mm thick stainless steal. New projector is held on adapter by 3screws provided with kit. Then this assembly is screwed with 3 original screws to housing inside headlight.

For xenon and halogen

In case you changing original ballast for after market one or you using halogen bulbs, you can order set of 2 aluminum plates for covering holes on bottom side of headlight. In this plate you can cut hole for rubber grommet required to take cables out of light for aftermarket ballast. This option includes:

• 2 peaces of aluminum plates, with 6holes

• 6 screws, 4x16 to wood, phillips heads

Fake adjuster

As option set of 2 modules can brought, these modules will lower your headlights and return them back after you turn your headlights on. Modules are designed to be plug and play, same connectors as in stock headlights, so they can be simply instaled and removed if desired. Modules are small factor ~2x5cm plus cable so day fit inside light without problem.

Check your current headlights, actual screws used on your headlight may differ.

• Long T20 torx or phillips screwdriver to remove old projectors, check what you have in your lights - need standalone one!

• H4 hex key

• Hacksaw plate

• Drill plus 4.5mm drill bit

• In case of cover plate installation, sealant (silicon - without acid preferably ) and phillips screwdriver
