Read More…A breadboard friendly adapter for bluetooth modules based on bekken corp bluetooth chips BK8000L. The adapter fits into a breadboard and leaves one row of open holes for connecting cables on each side of the adapter board, making prototyping very easy. Chinese adapters for this module have 2 rows of pin headers on each side, making them unusable with a breadboard
None of option includes actual bluetooth module.
Board features: - buttons for Play/Pause, Stop, Next, Previous, Reset
2 leds indicating status of module
3.5mm jack for Aux Input with all required passive components
3.5mm mono jack for microphone
3.5mm stereo jack for output
To remove the need of using lots of cables for developing with a breadboard using Chinese adapters, which are not compatible with a breadboard. This make projects in development less fragile when needing to transport it.

Existing adapters are mostly full featured boards ready to use, but are not designed for developers. My board on the other hand has all pins exposed, plus it has all buttons, leds, jacks, etc.
Existing adapters, which can be bought for this module from Chinese suppliers, have 2 rows of pins on each side, making them unusable with a breadboard. This one has only 1 row of pins on each side so it can be used with a breadboard.

arduino library on github is here, currently is something like Beta stage, commit/suggestions are welcome
