What is it?

Breadboard adapter for BLK-MD-SPK-B bluetooth audio module from ebay (search for BLK-MD-SPK-B) based on OVC3860 chip (not CSR!!!). This listing did not include bluetooth module. More pictures of module with installed module can be seen here.

Short BLK-MD-SPK-B module specs:

• Serial interface for example to control it from arduino/any other MCU
• a2dp profile to play music, HFP profile possible to hack in (read last section)

Adapter features

• 6 buttons(reset, play/pause, volume up/down, song previous/next)
• 3.5mm jack for headphones direct connect, no caps
• 3.5mm jack for microphone with supporting components for powering it
• indication leds
• other passive components, check schematics/BOM

Order options

When ordering there are 3 options from which you can select (menu in right up)

• bare PCB - $1
• +kit - $4
• +assembled adapter (but not pins) - $6

When bare PCB is ordered I send you just PCB without any additional components. Please download assembly plan with BOM here.

Kit option includes:

• PCB
• pin headers
• all SMT components. SMT components are marked with symbols corresponding to ones in assembly plan.
• Please download assembly plan here.

Last of options is fully assembled adapter which includes PCB with components all soldered but pin headers. Pins are not soldered to allow soldering of bluetooth module in his place.

None of order option includes bluetooth module.

Arduino library on github is here, currently in something like Beta stage, commit/suggestions are welcome
