What is it?

Adapter for cheap SX3868 module from ebay based on OVC3860 chip . Breadboard adapter for XS3868 bluetooth audio module from ebay (search for XS3868 OVC3860) based on OVC3860 chip. This listing did not include bluetooth module. More pictures of module with installed module can be seen here.

Short XS3868 module specs:

Serial interface for example to control it from arduino/any other MCU
a2dp profile to play music, HFP profile to call

Board features

6 buttons(reset, play/pause, volume up/down, song previous/next)
3.5mm jack for headphones direct connect, no caps( caps are provided in case they are needed)
3.5mm jack for microphone with supporting components for powering it
indication leds
other required passive components, check schematics/BOM

Order options

When ordering there are 3 options from which you can select (menu in right up)

bare PCB - $1
+kit - $4
+assembled adapter (but not pins) - $6

When bare PCB is ordered I send you just PCB without any additional components. Please download assembly plan with BOM here.

Kit option includes:

PCB
pin headers
all SMT components. SMT components are marked with symbols corresponding to ones in assembly plan. Please download assembly plan here.

Last of options is fully assembled adapter which includes PCB with components all soldered but pin headers. Pins are not soldered to allow soldering of bluetooth module in his place.

None of option includes actual bluetooth module.

Kit and assembled product is provided with 3 unsoldered smt capacitors for AC coupling of headphones in case it is needed. In case you installing these capacitors then do not forget to cut traces under capacitors before. Board is designed with support of choke in microphone power circuit. Just in case I designed this circuit with choke witch is by default bypassed with track on PCB. This is clearly market on back side, and can be cut if desired.
