Introducing Universal Serial Adapter, the many-function adapter for serial (DB9) connections. Simply plug your device into one side and your PC (or other device) into the other using whichever port fits, then toggle the switch if it isn't working.

The device performs these functions:

• male-male straight
• male-male null
• male-female straight (flow control spoofer)
• male-female null
• female-female straight
• female-female null

Notes:

• Flow control is implemented in "loopback" style, so if you really need it you must use software flow control
• Uses high quality Amphenol connectors that don't fall apart
• Pins are exposed on the bottom, so sit it on an insulated surface
• For best results combine with two male-female cables (you can flip them around to change)
