Read More…The AND8 is an array of 8 AND gates wherein one of the inputs of each of the gates is controlled by the users circuit and the other input of the gate is controlled by a 74hc595 shift register allowing serial data to gate 8 lines in the user's circuit. Multiple AND8 modules can be daisy chained together if more than 8 gates are required for the user's application.
An auxiliary power header is provided for suppliying indepedent positive rail current to multiple modules in the case that more modules are used than the microcontroller can provide.
