What is it?

This is a board to allow 5V power to be tapped from the PET or Mini PET datasette port whilst still allowing you to connect a datasette drive.

Why did you make it?

The SD2PET uses the datasette #1 edge connector for power. This means that drive 1 is not available when you are using these.

What makes it special?

This allows the power to still be tapped from the back of the PET, but still gives a place to connect datasette #1.

Only the 5V signal is connected to the rear facing connector. All six signals are connected to the right facing connector for the datasette.

What is included?

This is available as a kit or assembled. No SD2PET or PET or Mini PET or datasette drive or anything else in the photos is included.
