This is a meditation aid that is based on the box-breathing technique used in Yoga and the Navy Seals. Using it is simple! Just focus on the light and match your breathing. This technique is said to be effective in enhancing focus, calming the user, and regulating breathing.

It is the size of a US quarter, making it a device small enough to slip into a coat pocket, allowing you to meditate wherever you are, be it waiting for someone or before a test.

The PCB also has a hole near the edge, allowing you to attach it to an earring or necklace to make a piece of custom glowing jewelry.

Colors

The colors of the PCB can vary, although the LED will always be blue. You can also submit a special request for a particular color of LED or PCB and we can work something out.

How long does it last?

It can last continuously up to 30 hours on a single coin cell battery. Under normal usage it will last upwards of a year. The battery can be replaced and uses the common CR2032 battery.

Does it come with the case or battery?

Not by default. However, you can select the 3D-printed case option when ordering the BreatheDot. You can also print the case yourself.
