Plugging in an external power supply (recommended 9V or 12V) that is switched into calibration status (in this case measuring terminal can not access devices); display SET OK After calibration is complete, then press the button to switch to a different measurement, C & L-COM small measure capacitance and inductance, COM-CE measuring electrolytic capacitors, the measured value is displayed directly on the screen.

Nice board, does the job. All the parts are there an labeled
First, pretty fast shipping from China. I didn't expect it for at least another week. Price was fair and all the parts arrived. The chip had bent pins from the mail handlers, but they straightened out easily. The chip holder pins were also bent and one of the pins was missing, but I had a spare and it isn't really necessary.
The parts are all low tolerance and arrive lose in a bag. Only took a minute to figure out where they went since the great little PCB was labeled. The kit went right together and was simple to build. The PCB was outstanding, well laid out and clearly marked.
